Platform Role

MyLift is an intermediary platform that connects patients with independent doctors and clinics specialising in aesthetic and medical procedures. MyLift does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatments of any kind. MyLift is not involved in any medical decision.

Independent Practitioners

All doctors and clinics listed on MyLift are independent professionals. They are solely responsible for the care they provide, including consultations, procedures, and follow-up. MyLift does not employ, supervise, or control any practitioner.

Patient Consent and Photography

Before any procedure, the patient must provide written consent allowing the clinic to take before and after photographs. These photographs are required and must be taken by the clinic prior to surgery. The patient retains the right to refuse the use of these images for marketing or promotional purposes.

Post-Procedure Confirmation

At the end of the procedure, the patient will be asked to confirm whether the result meets their expectations. The patient will then sign a confirmation document. This signature serves as formal acknowledgement of the completed procedure.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 30%% to 50%% of the total procedure cost is required to confirm a booking. This deposit is held in escrow by MyLift. The remaining balance is released to the clinic or practitioner only after the procedure is completed and the patient has signed the confirmation document. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Personal Data and Privacy

MyLift does not collect, store, or process personal health data. All personal and medical data is handled directly by the clinics and doctors you interact with. These practitioners are independently responsible for compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

No Medical Liability

MyLift shall not be held liable for the outcome of any medical or aesthetic procedure arranged through the platform. Any dispute regarding the quality of care must be resolved directly with the treating practitioner or clinic.

User Acknowledgement

By using MyLift, you acknowledge that the platform acts solely as an intermediary and that you accept full responsibility for your choice of practitioner and any resulting medical decisions.
